Joe McDonald is the driving force behind Capital City Baseball Kingdom (CCBK), and along with that drive comes experience and skill. 

Joe lettered four years at Western Michigan University and played two years in the Florida Collegiate International League at IMG Academies. He earned his BBA in 2008. Joe has worked in baseball training facilities since he was 16 years old, and worked as a full-time training instructor after graduating from WMU before electing to open CCBK.
